REFUND POLICY

As a buyer, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to desist the purchase contract and return the purchased product.

To exercise your right, you must contact us, within the stipulated period, and through the email address: nickwalker@2b.rocks

Once we have received your request, we will respond by email informing you if your request is accepted, and if this is the case, the instructions to follow will be indicated.
The products must be returned in perfect condition, as you received.

It is also necessary that all returned products must include the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request for a refund is accepted, the shipment of the merchandise will be at your own expense, so you will be the one who must pay the shipping costs and select the courier that suits you best.

On the other hand, it is MANDATORY that you take out shipping insurance, since works of high economic and/or collectible value are treated, otherwise, if there is any damage to the merchandise, it will be you who must assume the costs of the damage suffered.

Once we have received the merchandise, it will go to inspection to verify that the conditions of the returns are fulfilled, if so, at that moment the money will be returned and you will be notified by email.

The purchase money will be returned through a payment to the same form of payment used to place the order.

Remember that it may take some time for the bank or card-issuing company to process and post the refund.

The amount of the product will be refunded, but not the shipping costs generated at the time of purchase.

We remind you that custom-made or specially manufactured products are exempt from the right of withdrawal, exchanges, or returns.
